Where does the Sabrina Boat leave from?
The Sabrina Boat departs from Victoria Quay in Shrewsbury directly next door to the Welsh Bridge. Our full address is Victoria Quay, Victoria Avenue, Shrewsbury, SY1 1HH

How much do the daily boat cruises cost?
Tickets for our daily boat cruises are as follows Adults £8.00, Concessions £6.50, Children (5-16) £4.00, Under 5 Free & Family (2 adults 2 children) £20.00.
What time do the tours depart?
The Sabrina Boat operates six daily cruises leaving at 11am, 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm & 4pm.
Please note during October the 3 & 4pm trips may not be available please check 'Are we sailing'
How long does the daily boat cruise take?
All of our cruises are 45 minutes long leaving Victoria Quay on the hour.
When do you operate?
We operate 7 days a week between 1st March till 31st October.
Are there toilets on board?
We offer male and female toilets on board which are located in our lower deck.
Are there any refreshments on board?
We offer hot, cold and alcoholic drinks on board all available through table service on every journey.
Do you have any age restrictions?
We do not have any age restrictions although all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available on board, via our website (24 hours in advanced & 10% discount), or by calling our booking office on 01743 369741. You are also able to purchase tickets from our agents including the Visitor Information Centre and Shrewsbury Castle. Please note tickets purchased at agents are tickets which are valid for any journey depending on availability if you would like to reserve a seat on a specific tour please call our booking office to reserve your seats.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or card (excluding American Express)
What is included on the cruise?
Our 45 minute cruises include a return journey sailing around the river loop of Shrewsbury with a live commentary on the return part of the journey about the sights and history of Shrewsbury and the river Severn. We also offer table service on every journey offering hot, cold and alcoholic drinks along with light snacks.
Is there parking near the departure point?
Parking is available along Victoria Avenue (Pay and display) (SY1 1HH) with the nearest disabled parking being in Frankwell short & long stay located over the opposite side of the river (SY3 8HQ). What happens if the weather is bad, can I get a refund?
If the Sabrina Boat cancels a trip you will receive a full refund. If you choose not to travel you would forfeit your ticket.
Do you have access for those with disabilities?
Access onto the Sabrina Boat is a light gradient ramp although this can get steep during the height of summer as the river gets lower. Access is then level onto our middle deck where we can accommodate up to 3 wheelchairs. Access to our upper & lower deck are via 5 steps each. Please note we do not have disabled toilets on board and toilets are located in the lower deck).
Do you allow dogs on board?
Dogs are most welcome on board the Sabrina Boat.
What if I am late and miss the boat!
If you miss the boat you have booked onto we will strive to find you a place on board another trip although this does depend on availability.

This is the largest car park located on the opposite side of the river and is regularly used by visitors attending a show at Theatre Severn. The car park is flood lit ideal for our evening cruises & is all ground parking.
Public Holiday are FREE OF CHARGE
Frankwell Car Park has 5 coach bays and is the main coach park for Shrewsbury and for visiting both the Sabrina Boat & Shrewsbury Town Centre.

Parking is also available along Victoria Avenue towards Shrewsbury Quarry Gardens. This parking if Free of charge after 6pm although spaces are limited.
Shrewsbury operates three park and ride sites which operate Monday to Saturday every 20 minutes from 7.20am till 6.20pm for only £1.60 return
